Essential for every kitchen is a high quality and very sharp paring knife and our 4 inch ceramic paring knife in black, red, lime green or pink is ultra sharp.

Ideal for slicing paper thin slivers of tomato ready for beautiful presentation. Or perhaps lemon for the topping of the meringue, it matters not as this knife will slice and dice any small vegetable or fruit, bananas, apples, pears, grapes, cherries and so on.

Made from toughened zirconium oxide the design process means that paring knives are subjected to 400 tons of pressure making them one of the hardest materials known to man. Every knife is then individually sharpened and quality checked ensuring that your will remain sharp for many many years to come.

Alongside the 'designer' black and white chequered blade the handle has been designed with a soft grip coating for easy and tireless handling. If you are catering then you'll enjoy using this knife as it slices cleanly again and again.

Each knife comes with a protective cover for storage and full knife sets are available as well. The 4” Blue handle Rocknife is a vibrant turquoise blue and is also our most purchased colour. It will brighten up your gloomiest kitchen day.  The 4” is the second smallest in our set of 4 knives.

Please note: as with all our knives or bladed products, the buyer must be 18 years or over.

Testimonials

I recently bought a Rocknife and I'm really pleased with my purchase. Being Left handed I usually struggle to cut with knifes but the Rocknife is great and the handle sits really well in my hand. I love the funky colours and now I want to buy the rest of the set.

I purchased a 4" Rocknife 5 years ago and decided it was time to invest in the 6" Rocknife. The lime handle matches my kitchen and I still delight in taking the knife from its box every time I prep food, as I love the patterned blade. After using my 4" to chop orange peel for marmalade, my 93 year old Mum bought her first Rocknife!

Zirconium Dioxide Blade

Sharper Than Steel

On the Mohs scale of mineral hardness, Zirconia measures 8.5, while steel is 4.5. Hardened steel is between 7.5 and 8, whilst diamond is a 10.

Low reactivity

Food stays fresher

Substances such as salts, acids and juices do not affect Ceramic Knives and therefore, do not change the taste of foods. Food stays fresher for longer when you have used a Ceramic blade.

Long-Lasting

Corrosion & Stain Resistant

Steel knives tend to show their age from long-term use. Ceramic Knives, however are impervious to rust and food stains. They will keep their striking appearance for a much longer time.
