Organic vs Non Organic

Organic vs Non Organic

Do you shop organic or do you shop non-organic produce?

What is the difference between the two?

There are so many different reasons why someone might choose organic over conventional farming produce. It could be things such as the taste of the food, the health benefits, fewer pesticides are used and also concern for the environment.

Organic food can be much fresher because it doesn't contain preservatives that make it last longer.

Although organic farming is better for the environment and indeed the soil it is grown in. One of the most important factors is what you’re actually putting into your body and your health. We have to think about what our diet is like and what we actually eat daily.

Through many years of studies, results have shown that there are actually very little difference in nutritional value between organic and conventional foods out there.

As far as fruit and vegetables are concerned, it is probably most important to eat as much of these as possible, and as wide a variety as you can, regardless of whether it is organic or not is the best option.
